Shipping policy

How Casora ships

Honest answer up front: we work with a small set of warehouse partners across the U.S. and overseas. Some pieces ship next-day from a U.S. warehouse. Others ship from our supplier network and take longer. We tell you which on the product page.

U.S. shipping

  • Processing: most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days
  • Standard delivery: 8-15 business days from the date you order, contiguous U.S.
  • Free standard shipping on every order, every product, no minimum
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO: add 5-10 business days; rates calculated at checkout

International shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the U.K., Australia, and New Zealand on a case-by-case basis. Delivery is 12-25 business days depending on customs. International rates calculated at checkout. Buyer is responsible for any import duties or taxes their country charges.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email within 24 hours of your order shipping. If tracking hasn't moved for 5+ days, email hello@casora.shop and we'll chase it.

Lost, stuck, or late packages

Carriers occasionally lose things. If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, or your package shows delivered but isn't there, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We open a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund — your call.

Order changes and cancellations

  • We can cancel or update your order if it hasn't shipped yet — usually within the first 24 hours
  • Once it ships, we can't pull it back from the carrier. You'd need to refuse delivery or return it

Why some pieces take longer

Casora is a small home decor brand, not Amazon. We don't hold every piece in a U.S. warehouse — some come from international makers and ship to you direct. That keeps prices reasonable on items that would otherwise be triple at a big-box retailer. The tradeoff is shipping time. We're transparent about it because we'd rather you know than be surprised.
